Proposed Layout of First Floor - We are adding a bathroom on the first floor and hiding some utilities in the laundry room, still working on the layout of the kitchen.	Proposed Layout of Second Floor - We opened up the staircase, added a master bath and arranged closests in different locations. I think we've decided to go with this option, but if you'd like to see the other options, go to the PDF file.
